We are in the editing stage of our new anthology and hope to have it completed and ready for publication by the summer of 2011. The free writing activities in our monthly meetings have been geared toward the theme of "Our Spirit, Our Reality." The topics we've identified as fitting the theme are listed here.

At our meetings and workshops in 2008 and 2009 we have concentrated on re-vision of our work so that our new anthology will be a great read! 
Whose writing will be in the anthology?
We hope to include work from all our Comadres (members). Several authors have given us permission to publish their essays and poetry. We've opened the opportunity for other women to have their work published by offering a writing contest. The winners in each category will also be published in the anthology.
