December 2009 Holiday Meeting
On Saturday, December 12, 2009, Kaitlin Meadows will facilitate a workshop titled "It's A Wrap" for our regular Sowing The Seeds meeting. It will be a fun opportunity to review Comadres' 2009 personal date books and calendars in order to create a year-end survey of their special moments, accomplishments, setbacks, and patterns of creativity.
Kaitlin will offer a series of writing prompts ("Where have I been, who have I lost and found, what have I accomplished, what have I learned, what was an unexpected blessing, how did I manage a setback, where do I go from here?") designed to elicit deeper understandings and insights about your 2009 life journey.
Comadres will create a small symbolic treasure map of their 2009 journey and conjure some personal affirmations for the New Year. We'll close the day with a small re-commitment ceremony to the goals and mission of our Comadres group. Kaitlin will provide all creative supplies. Comadres, bring your day planners & 2009 calendars!
